We are a multi-channel retailer based in Street, Somerset. We needed to improve the working environment and efficiency of our contact centre and make room for a larger workforce and another business suggested that the Business Furniture Group would be able to help us with this. The Business Furniture Group took on board our requirements and came back to us with a number of options, reviewing and redefining these as the project progressed and taking account of their previous experiences.
Having considered a wide range of options we were able to trial new desks and chairs before committing ourselves to the final design. Once the design was confirmed and the order was placed we were able to work alongside the Business Furniture Group to ensure the installation took place with the least disruption to the business.
The revamp is now complete and the staff have settled in and are enjoying working in their new office.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Business Furniture Group to other companies considering setting up or re-designing an office area.
